Thanks for the welcome! I saw that you like Tsuritama and Haikyuu!! those are some of my favorites! I tend to like fantasy-romance animes and stuff like Noragami and Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. In the beginning, I really hate the main character (Gintoki) which's being rude and annoying. Comedy is one of my favorite genre, but it may be different with the black comedy. I tried to start to watching it from episode in Gintama 2015, instead of the first season, especially for Shogun Assassination Arc, the story is quite deep and touching. it seems your reason about anime OST that may affect your impressions, it applies in this case :D

Really? I also love that song (Lay Your Hands on Me - Boom Boom Satellites). I rarely interested in anime that full of romantic stories, because I felt no excitement like when I watch sports anime. so, if the story is very thrilling and exciting, I will definitely continue to watch. I'm very easily bored with everything hehe ~
