Yeah it's confirmed. And there is a MAL page but besides the announcement there isn't any real information about the series yet. Big West, the primary producer for Macross, did host a talent competition in Japan last year to find a new voice actress to play the lead heroine but they haven't revealed the results of that yet.

I like this genre too

I don't really like "school" anime, many of them tell same stories, same teenager problem.
Bunkasai? Summer? Seeing their GF wearing yukata at Festival?
then. ended up just like any other teenager story.

I want to see real relationship, grinding money, power etc... to make her/him happy.
Not cosmic useless jokes that any 99% teenager does.

Maybe just because I hated My past when teenager.
Went to school-play-school-play
6 years in school, nothing learned, nothing useful...
and now.
Im grinding in extreme difficulty just to survive
