I definitely keep thinking of Simba, from "The Lion King", getting used to eating bugs (when he first meets Timon and Pumba) every time I see Naruto eating bugs with the froggies... heh. XD

Great episode - I found it really enjoyable! The next episode seems really promising too, with the title and all.

I liked it in this episode when Naruto was reading the story that's responsible for him getting the name he has, and his "imagining" it was sort of in "old fashioned" flashback-tone images (if that makes any sense). :D

I'm confused about the Sasuke thing (did he really fail...? Then did Bee use some sort of Substitution Jutsu last minute...? Or is this a result of Sasuke using Ameterasu on Bee...?) but hopefully I'll learn of the answers soon enough...

They've done a really good job portraying what Jiraiya meant to Naruto. So it seems Pain is on his way. This doesn't really jive with the filler, as I don't think Pain himself would have went out for Rokubi..

It seems Sasuke was tricked, I wonder where Bee is at then.

BAHAHAHAHAHA I knew it, I KNEW IT. KILLER BEE ROCKS HARD, he would NEVER be beaten by Sasuke AHHAHAHA.
I think this previous episodes were so epic... Imo this is one of the most legendary parts of the anime so far.
Also, it seems that Pain has replaced the one that was killed by jiraiya with another body...
Oh, and is that Hinata on the Ending? It is isn't it?

Usually I'm not a fan of episodes where protagonists train in shounen anime/manga, but this has always been an exception. I'm really not feeling the new opening though :c

Sasuke's path -> His clan and parents murdered by brother, being hated for being Uchiha, living alone hating only relative you have. Joining "part 1" main villain to become stronger because he was useless and weak. Being almost forced to fight own brother and going through whole curse-mark sh** to gain strength.
Naruto's path -> Being refused because of tailed beast. Being idiot. Being bigger idiot. Being trained by one of the strongest ninja ever and best possible teacher. Joining forces with ...well... every good character there is.

Yea, you are right. Sasuke really has better life.

Oh, I forgot small detail. Sasuke killed Orochimaru, Deidra and Itachi using his powers.
Naruto killed...well... that cool Akatsuki guy with his one-time-use power.

Other than that, he's been idiot.

And yes, I don't really like Naruto.
P.S. I don't like Sasuke either, just to be clear on that.

That ending makes no sense. How can the Sharingan not see through that Killer B disguise?

I like Naruto's training a lot; it makes sense, but this is rushed beyond belief. There's no way he learned Sage jutsu in between breakfast and lunch...I know the shadow clones will help with things, but that was a little TOO fast.

If Naruto can legit learn incredible powered skills in this short of time, Orochimaru should have made shadow clones to learn all the jutsu.
